ToonMagic — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ToonMagic mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using ToonMagic you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must meet the minimum age in your country (typically 18 years). If under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
2. Use of the Service
- You may upload your own photos to use the cartoonify and style-change features (hair, eyes, lips, etc.).
- You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, infringing, or non-consensual images (including photos of others without their permission).
- ToonMagic grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. Credits, Subscriptions, and Ads
- Credits: Purchasable in-app currency used to access certain features. Credits are consumed when redeemed for features.
- Subscriptions: Recurring plans that unlock premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the app store or at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Rewarded Ads: You may earn credits by watching video ads. Reward availability and value may change.
- All purchases are subject to the app store's refund rules; otherwise purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
4. User Content & Rights
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
- By uploading, you grant ToonMagic a worldwide license to process, modify, and display the image solely for providing the Service (including caching and backups) while your content is necessary to provide the Service.
- ToonMagic will not use your photos for commercial advertising or resale without explicit consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activities, harassment, or profiling.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs for commercial use without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for data deletion details).
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Generated images are algorithmic and may not always be accurate or acceptable to every user.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToonMagic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will show the updated date on this page.
10. Advertising ID
We use the device’s Advertising ID to deliver relevant advertisements, track ad performance, and improve user experience. The Advertising ID is not linked to personally identifiable information and can be reset or disabled by the user at any time.
